There is an emergency maintenance scheduled tomorrow morning impacting all of Belgium.
During the maintenance all edpnet services (DSL, VoIP, ...) will be impacted.

Maintenance window: 02:00 - 03:00
Downtime: ~30 minutes We advice you to restart your modem/router after the maintenance has been completed. Edpnet apologizes for any inconveniences.

Update: The maintenance succeeded successfully.

  3. I am still experiencing this issue.
    Using a mobile connected to computer to keep working.
    I understand you might need emergency maintenance, however...
    Why doesn't edpnet inform customers about this?
    If there is an outage for a lot of people it is not possible to go check on the internet.

    As to the reply about ddos... unless they have a vulnerability that should be fixed, doing maintenance doesn't do anything against DDoS.

    1. I agree with you, edpnet should inform customers about this before their maintenance,otherwise how we'll enter their home page while the maintenance is undergoing?
