Update 12:00: The issue has been resolved and the backlogs are being handled.
Users of our Mailgateways (relay.edpnet.net) are currently unable to send e-mails. We are aware of this issue and trying to resolve this as soon as possible.
We are currently blacklisted by an indepent organisation called Backscatterer without notification. Our NOC team is doing their best to delist us.
Important: Your mails are being queued and will be sent as soon as our gateways have been delisted. No E-mails are lost.
We appologize for the inconvenience this will cause.

Edpnet informed their customers (only on the blog) about this problem almost 21 hours after it begon and 1 hour before it was solved! NOT very customer friendly and certainly not very professional!!
