Why doesn't edpnet inform customers about this?
If there is an outage for a lot of people it is not possible to go check on the internet.
As to the reply about ddos... unless they have a vulnerability that should be fixed, doing maintenance doesn't do anything against DDoS.
I agree with you, edpnet should inform customers about this before their maintenance,otherwise how we'll enter their home page while the maintenance is undergoing?
