Dear customers,
We had a problem with our telephone switches this night that has caused edpnet Telephony to be unreachable for some time. This was resolved at 1:58AM last night.
However a backend problem still lingered, this should be solved at around 9:30AM today.
SIP Trunk and Cloud PBX users were not affected.
If you still have issues, please reboot your modem.
