Customers in the regions Antwerp, Limburg, and parts of Flemish Brabant may encounter slower internet speeds (packet loss and a higher latency) during this rerouting.
A Proximus technician will go onsite to resolve the issue.

DeleteIk geraak zelfs niet meer op internet: VDSL geraakt connected ("showtime"), maar krijgt geen public IP...

DeleteUit respect voor de klanten mag de tekst wel eens deftig naar het Nederlands vertaald worden. Google translate gebruiken is wel echt goedkoop en lijkt nergens op.

Beste Johan, de reden waarom dit in het Engels gepost wordt, is omdat we zowel NL-talige als FR-talige klanten hebben, en we zo snel als mogelijk naar de klanten toe iets willen communiceren.
